Hey!

I’m Mina. The mind and heart behind WorkLifeBalanceHacks.com, a platform dedicated to helping women protect their health, energy, and life while building demanding careers.

I’ve been a proud mother to three amazing kids for over a decade. I’m navigating parenthood as a single parent, and there are always challenges, growth, and countless lessons.

I am a full-time corporate professional in fintech and a part-time certified integrative nutrition health coach. Despite my accomplishments, I found myself drained, constantly trying to meet the demands of my career, parenting, and personal well-being.

Like many professionals, I spent 15+ years trying to meet every demand: career, parenting, responsibilities, while pushing my own health and energy to the side.

When the pandemic hit, everything intensified. Suddenly, I was working full-time from home, managing my children’s education from home, and trying to keep everyone healthy, all while feeling like the world expected me to be everything to everyone.


Discovering My True Calling

All this has forced me to ask an important question:

How do you build a successful life without burning yourself out in the process?

That question led me to pursue a health coaching certification from IIN, a decision that changed everything.

But more importantly, it led me to rethink how we approach work, health, and life.


The Birth of WorkLifeBalanceHacks.com

Today, my work is built around a simple belief:

Your career matters. But it should never cost you your health, energy, or life.

Work-life balance is not about perfection.

It’s about building systems and habits that protect your capacity, especially during intense periods of work, parenting, and responsibility.

And that is how WorkLifeBalanceHacks.com was born. It’s my way of sharing strategies, my struggles, and my triumphs. It’s a space for busy, ambitious, and often stretched-too-thin parents like you.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Simple hacks to help you balance work, family, and self-care without feeling overwhelmed
  • Wellness tips that fit into your busy life and help you recharge
  • Real stories and advice to keep you inspired and motivated, even during tough times

I coach health as capacity: steady energy, strength, digestion, sleep, mood, and the ability to move through your day without crashing afterward.

My approach focuses on repeatable systems, not perfect routines.

Plan A for good weeks.
Plan B for hard ones.

Because real life rarely goes according to plan.

I’m not here to perform wellness. I’m here to help you live it!
