I’ve been a proud mother to three amazing kids for over a decade. I’m navigating life as a single parent, filled with challenges, growth, and countless lessons.
With a master’s degree in economics and over 15 years of professional experience, including nearly 8 years in the fast-paced fintech industry, I became skilled at problem-solving, analysis, and supporting corporate operations and customers. But despite my accomplishments, I found myself drained, constantly trying to meet the demands of my career, parenting, and personal well-being.
When the pandemic hit, everything intensified. Suddenly, I was working full-time from home, managing my children’s education, and trying to maintain my health—all while feeling like the world expected me to be everything to everyone. The pressure was overwhelming, and it became clear that something had to change.
Discovering My True Calling
During this chaos, I realized that my life wasn’t sustainable. I asked myself:
What if I could have a fulfilling career, a loving family, and my health?
That question led me to pursue health coaching certification from IIN, a decision that changed everything. It wasn’t an easy journey—old patterns of doubt and fear kept resurfacing.
How could I, as a single parent without much external support, find the balance I craved?
I worked hard to prove that it was possible.
I didn’t want to live a life defined by stress and imbalance.
It is achievable to balance hard work and rest while being a present parent and building a fulfilling career.
