We’ll dive into your current work-life system and rewire what’s not working: from your food choices to your sleep rhythms to your burnout symptoms.

2. UNMUTE: 45-MIN SESSION (€55)

For single moms who’ve done it all alone! And they are no longer doing it all alone.

This is a support session disguised as coaching.

We’ll get honest about where you’re burned out, overlooked, or surviving in silence. Together we aim to build a new foundation.

From food that fuels you. Boundaries that protect you. Moments that remind you you’re still alive inside all of this.

What you’ll leave with:

  • A health and survival scan (what’s working and what’s draining you)
  • 1 food, routine, or emotional shift for immediate support
  • A simple ritual to carry you through the week (yes, even with kids)
