I know firsthand how difficult it can be to balance energy, work, and home life as an introvert. For years, I tried to keep up with the fast-paced corporate world, constantly drained by meetings, unexpected client calls, and social obligations. At one point, I realized that I was pushing myself to meet external expectations while ignoring my own need for solitude and mindful breaks.

Through my coaching practice, I’ve worked with introverted clients who face similar struggles. Many of them, especially those working remotely, experience weight gain, vitamin D deficiency, and burnout from staying indoors too much, using food as comfort, and not prioritizing outdoor movement.
